This on-site IT Technical Support role will provide red carpet technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position will be receiving mentoring and training to gain the experience needed to advance deeper into the technical world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and helpful customer service as first point of contact
Assist Help Desk customers with troubleshooting of computer related issues
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs using a ticketing system
Follow policies and procedures to include resolve and/or escalate tickets
Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve overall IT processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Must have the ability to convey technical information to ensure positive customer outcomes
Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines
Ability to work under general supervision
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
Must be computer savvy & having experience with a large-scale database system (CRM)
