About the role:
As our CRM Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that nurture relationships with our patients throughout their healthcare journey. You'll leverage your expertise in CRM systems to create personalized, engaging communications that support our mission of providing comprehensive care for women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances.
This role is based in New York City, with in-person work at least two times per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with Allara's patient-centric approach and drive engagement across various touchpoints
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns, SMS communications, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and patient experience
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and improve patient retention
- Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and emerging trends in healthcare marketing
Necessary Background:
- 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data (experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for women's health and improving healthcare experience

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
