What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Assembler position at Allegiance Staffing?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic machine/hand tool tasks such as drilling, taping, sawing, and deburring.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Inspect parts visually for obvious defects and verify they meet customer standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to repeatedly bend, twist and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Participates in continuous improvement and team building activities.
- Able to analyze situations and solve problems with creativity and ingenuity.
- May perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
