Allegria Senior Living is looking for a full-time administrative
assistant to join our team!
We are located in Inwood Long Island (NOT Manhattan)
Ideal candidates will have experience in Accounts payable.
Salary based on experience $45,000-$55,000
Job responsibilities include:
- answer and direct phone calls
- receive and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- data entry projects as needed
- review and update reports in excel as needed
- assist with AP and vendor correspondence
- various projects assigned on a daily basis
- manage calendar and task lists for senior executives
Candidates must be extremely organized and have excellent time management
skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have working knowledge of
computers and printers.
Must be able to multitask effectively.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
