We are seeking an experienced B2B sales representative to call upon medium to large businesses in the Fort Wayne IN market.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Hunters Mentality Account Management

* Use your excellent time management skills to plan out your day. Manage your time to meet your personal commitments and professional sales goals. Have a career and time for work/life balance at ABM.

  • Build your career and customer base using our knowledge, advanced product line, and tools such as our CRM and ongoing sales training. B2B sales.
  • Use your local connections to drive sales. Add to your connections using cold calling and prospecting to build even more contacts in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
  • Focus on the customer’s needs and look for solutions to help them be more successful using a consultative sales approach.
  • Have access to local leadership to quickly make decisions to get deals done. We’ll give you the tools you need to be successful:

  • A professionally persistent ability to gain access to C-level buyers.
  • A desire to succeed in sales. Prior successful sales experience or B2B sales a plus. Type A Personality's almost always succeed here.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to look for new customers and new business within existing customer accounts.
  • An affinity toward technology and a belief in what it can do to improve our daily lives. Then you’ll translate that into a value our customers can see using to improve their business processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite.
  • The ability to utilize the CRM system and to manage the sales funnel.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of valid car insurance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
