RequirementsMust pass South Carolina real estate exam and hold an active real estate license. Must be 18 years old and have driver's license. Must pass background check.

Research local real estate market. Determine appropriate home prices. Identify key selling points. Add homes to MLS and other sites. Market homes for sale. Coordinate home showings. Hold open houses. Present offers from buyers. Negotiate with buyers on seller’s behalf. Continued training and education.
