OVERVIEW
In this role you will lead AllenComm's B2B marketing efforts, driving forward highly cross-functional projects focusing on demand generation strategies and take ownership of the marketing tech stack. As a member of the marketing team you will partner closely and have support from out incredible sales, courseware, technology teams.
Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience with high-end B2B services or technology. This person will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal Marketing teams. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional and an empathetic leader. You should also play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate MQLs
- Leading in establishing the companies positioning in the training and education space
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget
- Work closely with VP of Sales to develop and implement account-based marketing plan
- Strategize with cross-functional executive team to identify and communicate market needs
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Participate in the annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Track competitors’ activities
- Manage vendor relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years proven work experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or Marketing Director
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing to include: SEO, web analytics, advertising, demand generation
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation (Pardot) and account-based marketing platforms
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field, MBA preferred
