High volume medical specialty office seeks a FT receptionist for day/ evenings.
Duties include: Appointment scheduling, answer high volume phone system, navigate electronic medical records system, collect balances, and check patients in/ out, scanning and filing.
Applicant must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.),
Key competencies include: Attention to detail, time management, multitasking, strong communication skills, and ability to handle high volume of patient. Must have COVID vaccine x 2 doses.
