Alliance Homecare is seeking a proactive, driven, and goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support corporate and caregiver business growth hiring goals. The Talent Acquisition Associate will support all recruiting and onboarding processes for all HHAs, LPNs and RNs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Time management skills is a must
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Social Media expertise i.e., Indeed, Linked-In, Facebook, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to ensure qualifications meet company requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans by analyzing hiring needs.
Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly recruiting goals set by manager.
Executing with a strong sense of urgency and sourcing candidates when necessary to reach goals.
Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
Gather required onboarding documents from HHAs, LPNs and RNs.
Able to teach in-person orientation courses to new hires.
Perform background checks and reference checks to validate candidates’ credentials.
Conduct and assist in weekly orientations as needed.
Attend weekly recruiting and operation meetings to ensure placement of all hires.
Develop and retain relationships with candidates to increase retention.
Create and develop job postings for specific client’s needs.
Collaborate in strategic initiatives to drive recruitment efforts to meet monthly goals.
Attend career fairs, community events, networking opportunities as needed.
Experience managing various social media platforms, including job boards, and professional networks to strategically recruit.
