Roles and Responsibilities:

You’ll be leading a team of best-in-class salespeople who thrive in a collaborative culture to exceed sales targets, develop our team, and work together to deliver exciting TV and mobility products to customers. The Store Manager is responsible for store profitability, sales, customer experience, and leading/supervising/coaching all sales associates. AT&T encourages community involvement- we look to our leaders to understand the communities and customers that they serve. The successful Store Manager will work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and adapt quickly to the constantly changing environment of the wireless industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maximize profits in all aspects of the business
- Coach and develop employees to ensure efficiency and performance in the location
- Interview, hire, and make necessary discipline decisions, including terminations, for store personnel
- Complete Training requirements with each staff member on a weekly basis
- Store Operations
- Create and maintain store scheduling
- Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Support Team and assist with customer transaction
- Perform role plays with personnel on a regular basis to demonstrate “what right looks like”
- Partner with Trainers to complete New Hire Training / On-boarding
- Comply with Corporate policies for deposits, mail, communication, etc.
- Keep the integrity of the company to the highest level and demand the same from each staff member
- Work a minimum of 45-50 hours a week
- Communicate with the Corporate office team
- Lift upwards of 25 pounds when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
- Experience in coaching and developing employees
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
