What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Coordinator position at Alliance?
The Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing travel reservations for multiple business units on a weekly basis. This includes making flight, hotel and rental car arrangements for up to 100 individuals each week through the use of web based reservation software and direct telephone engagement. Alliance uses proprietary scheduling and workflow tracking software that provides notification of travel needs and subsequent changes that must be responded to quickly and efficiently. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, communicate effectively and utilize Microsoft Windows and other web based software applications with adequate training. Full time position, 40 hours per week.
