What You Do

Deliver effective and efficient Claims Handling support including timely and efficient claim processing and general administrative duties. Ensure claim handling and support activities comply with AGCS Claims Standards and Compliance procedures and guidelines. Proactively liaise with other functions, team members, and develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Some Of Your Specific Responsibilities Could Include

• Manage and monitor incoming work requests from various resources and entry points, completing tasks timely and accurately Act as a point of contact for underwriters, brokers, and Operations offshore Account Technicians .
• Proactively work with other functional areas and business partners in the claim handling process, driving efficient and effective execution.
• Prepare, process, and deliver key claims reports and communications as required.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Prior experience and understanding Insurance products, terms, and conditions desired;
• Ability to effectively receive and apply information from various sources, and analyze, study, or examine data in detail to draw appropriate conclusions;
• Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment with various staff levels;
• Exposure to working in a complex, fast paced and global matrix organization;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Strong time management and prioritization skills; and
• Effective team player
  
  

The annualized base pay range for this role is $40,000 to $64,762. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
