Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding and experience with branding and recruitment processes and strategies
- Proven work experience and knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Knowledge and proficiency of human resources information systems and tools
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and candidate databases
- Effective negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and directed with effective time management and analytical skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities
- Two (2) or more years human resources/recruiting experience
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related fields from an accredited institution
