Human Resources Manager

We’re searching for a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team to lead and manage all administrative activities related to personnel by setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices and motivating staff through employee wellness initiatives. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing staff benefits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, leading and managing employee relations, and onboarding new employees. This individual will lead Human Resources and drive operational changes to effectively improve retention and create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork across multiple US call center locations.
Qualified candidates should be highly motivated, friendly, professional and should exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills to support the daily operations of our organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Previous experience in human resource management
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Self-motivated and directed with effective time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills; with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Conflict resolution, compensation strategy, and other human resources programs
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR field with demonstrated competence in leading teams and organizing and executing strategic plans
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, organizational planning and development, employee relations, engagement, and development
- Experience with employment and labor laws
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
