Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager - Police Captain to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing a team of security professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of the assigned location
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor security measures and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
