Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Sales Coordinator to join our Tulsa, OK facility! The Sales Coordinator supports the field sales team and facilitates the team’s activities to maximize performance and development of the company. The position works directly with team managements to ensure all functions of sales department are operating efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Monitor team’s progress and identifying defects as well as recommendations for improvements.
- Manage scheduling, filing of important documents and communication within sales team.
- Operate as primary contact for customer concerns or inquiries regarding product or service.
- Provides accurate bill of material structures for all OR(s) & changes to OR(s) prior to production release so quotations reflect
- Communicates internally and externally on status of all prototypes and development projects. Acts as the primary inside
- Cooperates with production and purchasing to track all prototype components to ensure timely delivery.
- Works with engineering and purchasing to ensure customer has up to date prints and pricing to reflect product quoted and
- Provides target marketing support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business, accounting, math or engineering.
- 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales or other administrative positions preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team development and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
Physical Demands:
- The role is mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on the production floor.
- May be required to operate a computer and/or other office devices.
- Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Predominately office environment with occasional exposure to the production floor.
- While on the production floor, employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to put on
- Some travel may be required.
