Responsible for front-end website development, deployment of website pages, updates, and online traffic success for ALLO. Works as part of a team to develop innovative interactive strategies by incorporating web design, UX, mobile, and other interactive applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the ALLO marketing team to improve the overall customer experience Develop strategies with all ALLO departments to hit yearly sales goals Works side by side with the Digital Marketing Manager to improve the online customer journey Oversee and develop the ALLO website experience for customers and potential customers Track and increase online lead generation to move traffic from leads to customers Collaborate with the Business Sales Team to improve business site traffic and lead strategy Collaborate with the Product team to develop the online strategy for product adoption Keep up on the latest web development news and technologies, adjusting processes as needed to ensure best practices are followed and the right technologies are used Lead UX / wireframe development, monitoring, and testing strategies on marketing domains Partner with IT system engineers and the Systems Integration Group to ensure proper setup of web environments for testing and deployment by IT EXPERIENCE: Deep knowledge of online content strategy, creation, and coding Experience with SEO Fluent in standard HTML/HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Section 508 Compliance SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Strong research skills, creativity, and a collaborative spirit Excellent time-management and organizational skills Oral and written communications that demonstrate brand voice Understands and thrives in collective organizational software High energy and engaging demeanor REQUIREMENTS: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods Ability to communicate information Ability to operate a computer Identify different colors Possess/maintain a valid driver's license Travel Requirement: 10% People are our passion.
