Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our Personal Training center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, fitness sales, and personal training.
Responsibilities:
· Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy.
· Lead all staff meetings.
· Perform Starting Point Sessions and follow the sales system outlined for the appointment (includes follow-up).
· Record and maintain client info in the Alloy app.
· Follow the sales process for all trial clients.
· Review all weekly template workouts with training staff.
· Track leads, booking, show rate, close and attrition metrics using Mindbody.
· Report and communicate with all clients monthly that have not used the club eight or more times in the last 30 days.
· Conduct accountability sessions as needed and correspond with the proper follow-up.
· Oversee all general operations of the studio including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleaning.
· Oversee internal and external marketing activities, including maintaining Social Media presence and monitoring local digital marketing campaigns.
· Recruit and train new employees.
· Schedule staff.
· Perform quarterly employee evaluations.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met and maintained consistently.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a General Manager role within the fitness industry
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and provide ongoing training to employees.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, financial acumen, and operational efficiency.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
