Responsibilities
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Provide top-of-the line superior customer service.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience - looking for team players
- Insurance experience required
- Property and Casualty License - Florida 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive on-the-job training
- Base plus commission plan depending on license
- Uncapped commission - base pay depends on experience
- Additional bonus promotions offered
- Leads may be provided
- Continuous learning and development courses, available through Allstate University
