What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Associate (base + commission) position at Allstate-Lydia Rivera Agency?
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic customer service and sales representative to fill our fast-paced environment at our Woodstock location. This person would need to be hard-working, goal-oriented, and have attention to detail. They love to talk and understand good communication skills. Patience and coachability are a must. Sales experience is preferred.
We pay for licensing and offer health insurance and retirement after a period of time.
Great atmosphere to learn and grow in the insurance field. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications:
Problem-solving skills
computer skills such as typing and email
ability to learn new software quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities include:
manage incoming customer service calls
assess customers needs and respond to different types of characters
generate sales leads and new business by turning service calls into sales opportunities
document customer interactions
multi task and prioritize time
maintain and build client relationships
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
