Your Role:

As a Hybrid Insurance Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored recommendations
• Handling inbound calls to address inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with policy changes
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients' insurance portfolios
• Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid P & C License
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining productivity
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools
