Job Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Duties:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding technical issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot software problems and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with VPN setup and troubleshooting.
- Perform software installations and updates.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
- Experience with software troubleshooting and ticketing systems like Remedy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to provide desktop support in a fast-paced environment.
