Project Architect

PRIMARY CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION CONSIDERATIONS:

Versatility and experience:

• Someone who is able to utilize company processes to take a project from its inception and complete all phases of the project through occupancy, which include, but are not limited to, the following skills:
• Schematic design, Preliminary design and code review, Construction documents, including detailing, Specifications, Submittal packages for the State of WI and local municipalities, Client contact, Project management skills, Engagement with local building officials, Construction Administration, Close-out documents and occupancy statements, Client satisfaction follow up
• Requires someone who is highly organized
• Ambition, Desire, and Personal Qualities:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient in REVIT
• Bluebeam and general Microsoft programs
• Willingness to learn additional programs and work within other software packages

EDUCATION AND EXTRACURRICULARS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Licensure a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
