Summary:
Allura Global is currently recruiting to fill the role of an Account Executive with experience selling in the Independent Living Facility / Continuing Care Retirement Community, at-home Nursing Care, or specialty pharmacy space for a growth stage consumer medical device company. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in calling on these facilities or program coordinators, possess high motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for winning, leadership skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in previous medical device, pharmaceutical, Long-Term Care, or Independent Living sales.
This role will drive/expand product sales for a consumer medical device company.
Responsibilities Include:
Detailing with information and product demos.
Business Outcomes: Deliver, meet, and exceed sales goals.
Meet or exceed weekly call expectations.
Remote and virtual calls daily.
Product Knowledge: Superior product knowledge and communication skills.
Selling Skills: Deliver effective selling presentations using features and benefits along with various resources and tools to grow the volume and market share of the launch product.
Business Planning / Account Management: Ability to navigate with a business building mindset, creating advocates and champions within the healthcare arena.
Own customer routing / coverage for high value targets to deliver volume growth and market share for assigned product portfolio.
All responsibilities are expected to be delivered in an ethical manner aligned with all company, industry, federal, state, and local guidelines.
Summary of Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (prefer business or life sciences) from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 1-2 years medical device or facility sales experience required.
Quantifiable sales success selling products.
Excellent leadership and highly effective communication skills, interpersonal communication; be willing to work in a team environment.
Strong negotiating and strategic thinking skills.
Must be highly motivated and possess an independent working mindset.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to work from home in a quiet environment.
Must have the availability to travel and work at trade shows.
Compensation
W2 salary position, with target commission payouts.
