Job Summary
Alluvionic is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the United States Marshals Service – Human Resources Division. The Junior Data Analyst role requires analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interact and flourish in a team environment, and an eagerness to learn and grow..

Salary Range: $ 45-48k yearly

The Junior Data Analyst performs, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources
- Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets
- Provide accurate and timely data updates
- Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials
- Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED, Undergraduate degree preferred
- Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer competencies
- Data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions is extremely important
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications, including databases; intermediate skills are preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous Government Agency experience
- 10 PTO days, plus 5 additional days on your 10th hire anniversary
