Our Client Service Department is seeking a talented individual in a dual role of Client Service Representative and Front Desk Representative in our Walnut Creek, CA office
This dual role will support financial advisors to consistently deliver an exceptional wealth management client experience and also provide first impression for inbound and outbound phone calls and in-office visits.. This is a full-time non-exempt role.
This is a 100% in-office role that requires working from the office five days a week. The office is conveniently located next to public transportation, restaurants etc..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering exceptional service experiences with every client interaction
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments for the advisor team
- Managing and reviewing calendars for advisors and preparing appropriate materials based on upcoming appointments
- Completing all aspects of new client account onboarding and funding
- Processing client service transaction requests
- Ability to handle multiple advisors’ book of business and complex service situations
- Providing notary services for client transactions
- Focusing on quality and accuracy of work
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Delivering positive, reliable and memorable phone service experiences to our wealth management clients
- Greeting and assisting our clients as they arrive for appointments as well as assisting "walk-in" clients with whatever needs they may have
- Prepare coffee for our clients and set our condiments for the day
- Re-stock supplies, beverages and keep breakroom clean
- Receiving all deliveries and routing to the appropriate recipient
- Directing incoming client phone calls to the assigned service team
- Seeking to impress our clients with every interaction
- Assisting other team members with tasks and projects as needed
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Consistently demonstrating Allworth’s guiding principles
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of financial services industry and client service experience preferred
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily
- Flexibility and embraces change
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proactive in finding solutions
- Ability to work independently- dosen't mind being in the office alone if others are working from home.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow systems
- High School Diploma or GED Required; BS/BA degree preferred
