Job Description of Lead/Director Physical Therapist: You will be responsible for the management of the overall patient and clinical mentorship of the team of physical therapists and PTA, as well as for the evaluation and treatment of patients. You will bring your expert opinion, ideas to expand and elevate the level of profession to the next level then what we already have, be a team player in growth of organization. You will also develop relationships with referring physicians and potential referring physicians and case management systems. You will also be responsible for patient-centered outpatient care, including the development of an individualized plan of care and treating patients through all phases of physical therapy. Tapping into the direct access market and developing cash based practice with niche skill sets/techniques not covered by insurance (Laser, Dry needling etc does not include self pay patients or insurance covered services) you have acquired over a period of years. Your days will be busy leading the team, evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, coordinating care with your support staff.- You will complete daily patient care notes,evaluation, progress notes, discharge notes and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses or insurance companies, case managers and physician referrals. You will provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referring sources.- You will be responsible for maintaining the required clinical logs and checklists that are necessary to keep the clinic in compliance with all local and federal requirements.
What You Need to be Successful: - Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic. - A passion for Physical Therapy and patient care.- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and create a world-class clinical team.- Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift. This person is on their feet for the majority of time providing amazing care to our patients the entire time they are in the clinic.

Able to mentor other staff PTs and PTA in clinical and administrative functions.
Develop systems for retention and attracting new talents in our company.

Directly report to the Administrator and Owner of Ally Physical Therapy, have weekly or biweekly meetings over weekdays or weekends for metrics and strategic thinking. Clinical marketing and growth of the company.
Conduct seminars/workshops in fairs/fitness locations or physician and case management offices and events organized by Ally Physical Therapy as scheduled on weekdays and weekends(around 4/year).
Giving suggestions to administrators during meetings how to make operations smoother and more efficient with time management and creative scheduling.
We have an entrepreneurial and business model in place where we can partner in the future(Already in place).
Help with day to day operations, budgeting, improving efficiency, help front desk staff to navigate through challenges of scheduling, understand and implement billing practices that are in accordance with AMA and CMS guidelines.
