The Continuing Education Manager must understand the critical importance of providing quality customer service to our valuable clients. They will achieve excellent, measurable results that allow us to remain competitive in the professional education field.
Responsibilities:
Oversee education approaches & strategies for each of our clients
Develop a deep understanding of compliance requirements & state regulations
Maintain direct client relationships as well as oversee coordinators client relationships
Understand tools and resources available to the team; Collaborate with Sr. Director on customer growth
Manage a small but impactful team; utilize strengths and improve weakness of individual team members
Accountable for management of day to day operations for the department
Perform daily administrative duties for clients and assign tasks
Create quarterly insight reports and collaborate with leadership on details from the reports
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities with a customer first approach
Brainstorm with leadership to develop new ideas and solutions for clients and department
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree is preferred but not required
Professional education experience preferred but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, training and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage internal and external relationships
Experience managing a team and interacting with upper management etc.
Possess excellent project management, client management skills and administrative
Must be a detail-oriented and critical thinker with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
