IT Operations Engineer
We are looking for experienced IT Operations Engineers to join Alma’s new internal IT program and help drive Alma’s IT strategy! This role will support Alma by enabling all employees to perform their best work securely and efficiently by having the right technology tools for the job. As an IT Operations Engineer, you will work within the Engineering department to research, design, and deliver purpose-built technology solutions across the organization while utilizing industry standard best practices in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Configuration Management, Application Administration, Identity Management, Support Operations, and the Employee Lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Work with the department head to design Alma’s IT program and help drive scalability, efficiency, and automation across the company’s tools and processes.
- Iterate upon the current inventory systems to provide high-level reporting as well as deep attention to detail when managing all hardware, software, and systems in use at Alma.
- Partner with People Operations while helping facilitate Alma’s employee lifecycle to streamline asset management and account provisioning further.
- Provide technical support to the Alma organization for hardware and software-related issues.
- Help educate Alma employees about hardware and software security and best practices.
Who you are:
- You have 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, and/or SaaS Operations.
- You developed deep expertise in administering company-wide core services like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, SSO platforms, other business-critical tools, and familiarity with MDM, APIs, AWS, etc.
- You present a high degree of confidence in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a predominately macOS environment.
- You can speak to hands-on experience with Identity Management, Single Sign-On, and automating the provisioning of software licenses.
- You developed experience managing a procurement supply chain of hardware and technology accessories.
- You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a distributed, diverse organization.
- You feel a passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.

Salary Band: $110,000-$140,000
