- 3- 6 month Contract position
- Dental Experience is a Plus
- This will be a W-2 position working with Evenflow Solutions. Benefits are available to you through our company while you are working the contract position.
- Employees will be required to report to the office located in Frisco Texas - 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)
- Hours are 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and some overtime may be available
- After 45 days of in office training there is a possibility that this position will become a hybrid position working remote three days per week.
- Review account ledgers from one practice management system and correcting if needed in the new PMS.
- Correcting accounts, including setup up contracts, creating recurring payments, adjusting accounts if necessary.
- Transferring balance from one ledger to the other
- Work closely with the existing AR team to make any corrections or updates as needed

- High School diploma or GED
- Prefer (but not required) someone with experience in a Dental Billing (Experience with Ortho2 Edge and Orthotrac a plus)
- MUST HAVE at least 4 years of Full Cycle Medical Billing, coding and or General Ledger Experience. Experience in a Medical, Dental, Orthodontic, Surgical or Ophthalmology Setting in either a Hospital, Clinic or Central Billing Office setting.
- Candidates must have experience in medical terminology, EOB's, ICD-9 coding, CPT codes, UB04 and 1500 claim forms
- Internediate to Advanced level Experience with all Microsoft Office products
- Extremely detail oriented as it is crucial that this data be transferred accurately into the new PMS system
- Punctual and Dedicated- we need someone who is reliable and has no problem commuting into the office daily.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and HIPPA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
