Job Description:
Client is currently seeking a Cloud and Network Engineer to join the Information Technology team, reporting to the Head of Cloud and Networking.
You will help transition our legacy network to next generation networking capabilities and assist in the transition of the organization to one based on cloud services.
You will design, implement, document, and provide systems and operational management for Client’s global network infrastructure, and compute service presence across one or multiple cloud providers.
As the Cloud and Network Engineer you will ensure that the firm’s network and systems adopt security, governance, cost management and performance best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, implementation and ongoing management of Client’s global network which includes SDWAN, security devices and services, network admission control / zero trust networking, core and branch switching, and wireless technologies for client access and network backhaul.
Planning and supporting Client’s ongoing transition to a hybrid-cloud environment.
Partnering with other IT professionals and business practices in the design and implementation of network and cloud environments to support corporate or business objectives.
Performing capacity planning for cloud and network services, including projections for future needs and cost management.

You will have the following skills and qualifications:
Demonstrated work history designing, implementing and managing complex global networks
Experience designing and implementing advanced networking/security services such as wired and wireless NAC (ClearPass), SD wan solutions, Zero Trust solutions.
10 years of IT experience with a broad background in IT infrastructure.
Demonstrated history of implementing IT solutions on time and on budget.
