ALOM is looking for a Operations Supervisor who is:- A successfully proven mentor with extensive experience in motivating, developing and growing high-performing teams in a rapidly changing environment

Here's what you need to succeed in the Operations Supervisor role:- Superior communications and cooperative skills to effectively work with the Warehouse, Quality and Technology Engineering teams, and other cross-functional departments to fully support Production functions
- Highly motivated and a quality-driven individual to nurture successful teams and implement change
- Proven significant success supervising a diverse workforce, managing a multitude of orders and varying demands
- Comprehend ISO and support QMS and CAPA systems
- Accomplished in writing processes and work instructions
- Acumen with WMS and ERP systems
- Aptitude to innovate new ideas and methodologies to optimize productivity
- Minimum four years of experience in a high-volume automated and manual assembly manufacturing environment
- B.S or B.A (or equivalent experience)
- Leading and managing teams of highly effective technical resources to achieve daily as well as long-term production goals
- Directing targeted learning and development for all production staff
- Steering all production activity to achieve operation goals while keeping costs at a minimum, helping to drive continued revenue generation
- Managing and optimizing production efficiencies and run rates
- Analyzing customer SLAs, forecasts, open orders, and plans for both equipment and staffing with the goal of exceeding customer SLAs and KPIs
- Evaluating and establishing production line layout and material flow to achieve maximum efficiency
- Driving and maintaining excellent production management standards and enhancing processes to ensure quality and productivity are achieved
- Establishing lean management principles
- Complying with corporate safety and regulatory requirements
- Managing all production activity to achieve production goals while keeping costs at a minimum
- Providing leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising production staff, including leads and temporary workforce
- Establishing seamless hands-off processes to and from other departments
- Interfacing with other departments, including account management and document control regarding documentation
