About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end program management of strategic marketing initiatives, including (but not limited to) the Stream Thought Leader Series of interviews featuring business and industry experts and our Customer Advisory Board initiative. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across the Marketing, Sales, Product, Stream teams and executive leadership to ensure that these marketing programs are being flawlessly planned, delivered, measured, and reported on. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and resourceful executor, team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a track record of delivering results with similar high profile programs involving senior level executives across a range of industries in a fast paced business environment.
Note: Stream is AlphaSense’s expert insights business line, which includes expert call services and a searchable database of investor-led expert interviews based on one-on-one calls with former executives, customers, competitors, and channel participants across a breadth of industries. The Stream Expert Transcript Library is a content set within the AlphaSense platform.
What You'll Do:
STREAM THOUGHT LEADER SERIES
- Partner with the Stream General Manager and other AlphaSense senior executives to identify and recruit business and industry experts to participate in our Thought Leader Series, either as an interview host or interview expert
- Develop a program framework to streamline interview execution, asset approvals, and promotion plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and marketing partners, as well as the marketing, comms, and compliance teams of interview hosts and experts
- Manage relationships and communications with hosts and experts and their teams once they have been confirmed to participate in the series
- Maintain the thought leader series calendar and ensure internal teams are kept apprised of upcoming interviews
- Develop key program metrics and reporting mechanisms, including gathering inputs from marketing campaign and channel owners
CUSTOMER ADVISORY BOARD
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including our executive leadership team, to develop and execute a program strategy that engages our key customers through one or more Customer Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Identify and help implement processes that drive long term CAB planning and execution to support key business initiatives short and long-term
- Oversee CAB meetings in partnership with AlphaSense senior executives, product, marketing and customer success, and drive overall meeting objectives and content strategy
- Develop trusted relationships with CAB members through strategic and regular dialogue, briefing sessions, and sharing of planning milestones
- Create a communications plan for internal stakeholders and customers which includes expectation setting and ensuring insights are effectively shared with visibility into progress throughout the life of the program
- Onboarding of CAB members and their teams prior to meetings to align understanding of program objectives
- Act as a liaison between CAB members and the AlphaSense team
- Manage any necessary third-party vendors such as speakers, venues or other resources as needed to drive exclusive, high-end experience for CAB membersPartner closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, executives, communications and other relevant teams to align on plans and drive successful outcomes
- Develop a path to creating external-facing opportunities and content with CAB members to highlight the partnership and success of the program and the individuals that are part of it
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Plan and manage other cross-functional marketing programs (as they arise) that support key business objectives
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders – both in and outside the marketing team – taking end-to-end program ownership and ensuring its success
- Responsible for all phases of the program management lifecycle including inception and planning, time and resource allocation, execution, adoption and ongoing support
- Responsible for program risk mitigation, change management, and resolution
- Develop and maintain program status and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Work with peers to compile, communicate and share learnings that guide future program execution and standards
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, including marketing program management and community building, in a B2B SaaS company (experience in market and competitive intelligence or financial services a plus)
- Demonstrated experience building Customer Advisory Boards and other types of customer communities involving senior executives
- Demonstrated experience working closely with C suite executives and their teams
- Highly organized with strong program management skills and ability to navigate in ambiguous situations, team dynamics, balance workloads, and strive for high standards
- Highly collaborative nature with ability to effectively manage stakeholder and executive relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, highly matrixed environment
- A customer-first mentality and passion
- Effective attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate innovation, successfully tackling challenges in new and creative ways in fast paced environments

Base Compensation Range*: $107,000 - $137,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Salary : $107,000 - $137,000
