Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as walkways and patios
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Perform groundskeeping duties including debris removal and leaf blowing
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
Note: This is a paid position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
