What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service for Extroverts position at Alpine Maids?
We are looking for a 9am-5pm Customer Service Representative ($20 - $22/hr to start) 1 day work from home plus 4 days in office at 3540 S. Poplar St. Denver, CO 80237. You’ll work 2-3 days as a maid before you join us in the office.

- You missed a spot, my expectations weren’t met, my clean sucked! This can be the job some days. About what you’re expecting? The good news is that you have the freedom to dive in and solve your clients issues all the way through.
- 1 month of hands-on training. 1 week you watch me, 1 week I watch you, 2 weeks or more of close communication until it clicks.
- Make this the job you want. If you work better from home, you can move to work from home 4 days per week and in the office 1 day per week.
- We’re all detectives here. If something goes wrong, peer input is important. We’ll call everybody we can to figure out how to solve the problem for good.
- You're joining a team of 4 very different people. You may get a joke, a deadline, or a crystal depending on who you ask. We're looking for somebody who can put up with us.
- Not all days are thrilling. Sometimes nothing happens for a whole week. You’re just responding to emails and finding ways to delight our clients.
- We think that being a maid is a damn good job, and that it’s a job you should be proud of. Our clients get this. They buy into the company, and they are on board with what we’re trying to accomplish. So, they have high expectations, and it sucks when we let them down. The good news is that because they buy into what we’re about, they are coming to us looking for help, and you get to be the person who gets them what they need.

The basic requirements for this job are as follows:
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for helping people and simplifying their lives. We are a part of our client's lives and have given them rides from the airport, rearranged homes for senior clients, and sent management to clean before a client returned home from the hospital after giving birth. Some days we are just letting people know when we'll arrive. You never know what you'll get when the phone rings!
