What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Alpine Solutions Group?
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. This sales manager will promote and sell the this life flight company’s services across their territory and throughout the United States. This individual will take an active role in strategies and execution of all areas of field sales for the direct to consumer and B2B channels in assigned territory. This position will report directly to the Director of Membership Sales
• Educate consumers on the benefit of securing protection and avoiding financial exposure of emergency medical transport services
• Generating leads for new outside business sales through actions like:
• Prospecting
• Utilizing customer referrals Community Involvement
• Manage full cycle of sales process from start to finish, and ongoing follow-up
• Building a pipeline of customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/target
• Budgeting and planning for the field sales team needs and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5 years' of sales experience within medical or avionics sales
- B2B and B2C sales experience
- Digital marketing exposure to handle a new / existing sales pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to some local travel as needed for prospecting
