Apartment Manager

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brend new residential community, ALPS CLEBURNE. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, LEASE UP, multi tasking, and customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including lease up, marketing, showing units, and processing applications, driving business, managing property, and expectations.

- Maintain tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally

- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards

- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies

- Utilize software for data entry, reporting, and financial tracking

- Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in property management, property lease up, and retention

- Proficiency in property management software

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant relations

- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and contract management

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous leasing experience

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
