We are growing like crazy and have an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk.
What we are looking for:
- Full-time Availability. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday (8AM to 4:30 PM)
- Computer Skills. We are a MAC based office so general knowledge of Mac OS is a plus and you know your way around office tools like MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains experience highly preferred.
- Confident and engaging personality. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor that is always evident to customers and coworkers.
- Organized multi-tasker. Accounting is a fast-moving environment; you must be able to prioritize tasks and stay organized!
- Ability to work with others. We’re a team and we’d like someone that is a good personality fit and can communicate easily within the department and outside.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices or payments.
- Assist with the collections process.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative projects or tasks as assigned.
