In this role, you will be responsible for managing our current clients, assisting with their insurance needs, handling policy rewrites and renewals, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Please note that there is no cold calling involved in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by addressing their insurance needs within our current book of business.
- Assist clients with policy rewrites and renewals.
- Process policy changes, additions, proof of insurance, billing, etc. through our agency management system.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to maximize client coverage.
- Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized.
- Must hold a valid insurance license to sell personal lines insurance.
- High school diploma (GED) plus 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.
- Annual Salary: $50,000 plus incentive bonuses.
