We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Development to join our team and play a pivotal role in propelling our business forward. The primary responsibilities revolve around proactive engagement with both existing and potential clients, spearheading lead generation and prospecting initiatives to broaden our customer base. Our objective is to thoroughly understand client needs and deliver customized solutions from our extensive array of high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
● Initiate new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and proactive prospecting methods.
● Reach out to Big Box retailers, complete necessary applications, and conduct thorough online research using platforms like LinkedIn (LI), Lusha, Facebook (FB), and other relevant channels.
● Explore trade show opportunities and industry events to identify potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
● Understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
Product Knowledge:
● Develop a deep understanding of our extensive product line, including origin, quality, and application.
● Effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
Sales Strategy:
● Implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Order Processing:
● Efficiently manage the order process from purchase orders to delivery.
● Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment while addressing any customer concerns.
Market Awareness:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
● Contribute valuable insights to our sales, retail, and e-commerce teams.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with the broader sales team, logistics, and customer service departments.
● Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Accounts Receivable Management:
● Effectively manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
● Collaborate with the finance team to ensure a smooth financial transaction process.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
● Understanding of food products and the distribution industry is a plus.

Compensation:
● Up to $45,000 salary Bonus
