What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Bilingual CCR - Spanish position at Alta Resources?
Alta Resources is hiring Customer Service Representatives, located at our Brea call center, to support our client’s products. You bring the desire to succeed as customer service professional and we’ll provide the necessary training and on-going education. Previous work experience in healthcare, administrative, retail, food service or call center industries is helpful but not required.

Duties & Qualities
Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client’s customers
Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
Provide product support, solutions & additional product information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
