Are you looking for a job where every single day will feel rewarding and you will be able to see the difference you are making? Look no further! Alta Ridge Assisted Living of Sandy is looking for a friendly, compassionate, hardworking individual to join our team as our new Assistant Administrator.

This role handles the day-to-day business functions of the building but also interacts with residents, employees and guests. They are the first and last face our employees and guests see and must be a large part of our positive culture. They are responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the community under the direct supervision of the community administrator. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of Assisted Living operations including but not limited to HR functions, payroll, marketing and sales, employee recognition, etc.

  • Possess a love for the elderly population
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with home health and hospice care and medical terminology

Job Type: Full-time
