The Position:

The sales professional will be part of the sales team and will be operating in a specific geographical area. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving the established company sales targets on quarterly and annual basis. The potential to meet and exceed these targets are easily achievable through our robust sales training and mentor program.

Job Duties:

  • Complete understanding of Altair Solar unique value proposition to homeowners.
  • Offering homeowners a suite of tier one products and services that is customized to their energy needs that will realize immediate savings.
  • Explaining to customers and homeowners the entire solar lifecycle from proposal all the way to commissioning and monitoring.
  • Being transparent with homeowners by demonstrating the true value of their custom tailored solar system and what it can and can’t do.
  • Using integrity at all times when dealing with customers.
  • Understanding of all financial vehicles used to assist homeowners in acquiring their solar systems and offering the right product that maximizes the savings.
  • Utilizing the company’s software tools that aid in the design and closing of all homeowners contracts.
  • Assisting other team members within the company to offer the best customer experience possible.
  • Following up with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle to maximize the communication and satisfaction level.
  • Utilizing the customer base for closing new contracts through their referral network.
  • Entering and updating all leads data in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Ability to follow through and resolve any customer issues.
  • Eager to learn and desire for continuous improvement.
  • High ambitions and desire for career advancement and growth.
  • Prior solar sales experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
