Summary
Provides end user support for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues. Works across the organization to improve existing Computer systems and helps design new tools to support the needs of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Manage security and functionality of various laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Provide day to day technical support to the office and remote employees.
- Install and maintain antivirus software protection to employee devices.
- Plan, design, implement and lead hardware and software installation projects.
- Analyze, test, and debug computer device systems to customize function areas.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of personal computer hardware, PDA devices, Desktop Software,
- Support for physical and virtual servers.
- Manage active directory
- Add/remove users
- Perform tasks to ensure departmental and organizational demands are met.
- Review new developments and analyze reviews of computing technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with in-house users and executive staff as the internal end user employee.
- Work with IT Infrastructure team to set up and maintain existing framework environments and assist with changes.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of platforms, enterprise architecture domains, and cloud software solutions.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
- Six years or more of technical experience supporting users in a Windows environment
- Demonstrated experience with firewalls, routers, servers, and general network fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with general direction provided by Manager.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated Individual with the capability of handling multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment while still meeting goals and deadlines.
