Job description:
- Act as a servant leader to enable the team to achieve the project goals
- Focus on the working methods, tools, and team performance
- Coach and mentor for the team
- Have passion for the process and methods
- Help to identify, escalate, and remove impediments
- Be the scrum process authority, ensuring that the values, principles, and practices are enacted and followed
- Organize and facilitate the agile meetings (planning, review, retrospective)
- Be an agent of change for the team and the organization
- Ensure the team is able to work effectively
- Support the team to be self-organizing and more productive
- Shield the team from external interference
- Ensure a good working environment
- Be a driver of continuous improvement and encourage an experimentation mindset
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts in the team
- Apply skills situationally as a coach, mentor, trainer, facilitator, moderator, leader
- Be patient, persistent, enthusiastic, assertive, transparent, and situationally aware
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years professional experience with exposure to Agile, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
- Experience in automotive or commercial product development (non-IT).
- Experience in teaching corporate standard training.
- High degree of interpersonal / people skills for coaching individuals and teams, and comfortable with communication to all levels of the organization.
