What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer/EMR Software Trainer position at Altera Digital Health?
We are currently recruiting for an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Software Trainer
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design and develop Instructor-led and Web-based training courses, including: course
materials, instructor guides, reference guides / job aids.
• Update and maintain existing courseware.
• Deliver Instructor-led training courses in person and virtually
• Understand workflow, policy and procedure changes related to the software and incorporate
into classes and activation support.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant applications.
• Provide coaching during training programs and activation.
• Participate in evaluating training programs and use feedback to improve future classes.
• Contribute to the build and maintenance of the training database.
• Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
• Provide on-site support during activations.
• Respond to training related tickets generated by client calls to the Help Desk.

• Experience delivering virtual training classes
• Experience in and/or knowledge of hospital/healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of Sunrise Clinical Manager/Sunrise Acute Manager application a plus
• Microsoft Office experience required (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
