Position Title: Support Staff for ABA Clinic
Overview:
As a support staff member of our ABA Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing excellent services to our clients and their families. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are critical to the smooth functioning of the clinic. You will also be responsible for supporting the treatment staff, managing social media, and ensuring that the clinic area is clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls - you will be responsible for answering calls from clients, scheduling appointments, and answering questions about the clinic.
- Registering clients - you will need to keep track of clients' records, schedules, and needs, and ensure that their services are on track.
- Collecting payments and sending invoices - you will be responsible for managing the billing process, tracking payments, and sending invoices to clients.
- Ensuring the clinic area is clean and safe - you will need to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, their families, and staff.
- Assessing for potential safety threats - you will need to monitor the clinic environment for potential safety hazards, and report them immediately to the treatment staff.
- Assisting treatment staff - you will provide support to the treatment staff as needed, such as preparing materials, running errands, or helping with assessments.
- Emailing - you will need to respond to emails from clients and their families in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing social media - you will be responsible for managing the clinic's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Providing support - you will need to provide support to clients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner, and help them to feel comfortable and welcome in the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Prior experience in a medical or mental health setting preferred
