QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma.
- A valid driver license.
- Good writing and verbal skills.
- Ability to work on any shift, 24/7.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
PREFERRED:
- Six months work experience in security or social services, or two years undergraduate study in Behavioral Sciences or related course of study.
- Experience working with an offender population.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The current starting salary for the position is $16.20 per hour for night shift, 11pm-7am, although consideration will be given the successful candidate's experience and educational background.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Overview:
The Client Advisor is responsible for greeting residential clients and providing exceptional customer service to the client population. Lead by example and a be a role model. Assist clients in developing skills preparing for release back to the community.
This position is entry level and we will train you, no experience needed!
General Functions:
- Greet clients pleasantly and in a warm, welcoming manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pre-release residents.
- Assist residents with program and compliance questions.
- General security and accountability of the building to maintain safety.
- Perform security functions, such as; urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, pat-downs, headcounts and room searches.
- Hold residents accountable to program rules and reinforce positive behavior.
- Using a computer system, check residents in and out of building to community locations.
- Work in connection with case management, treatment and medical teams for the residents needs.
WORKSITE ENVIRONMENT
Indoor, climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.
