Job Summary
A key role on the Legal team, the Manager Compliance is responsible for planning, directing and administering Altice's Corporate Compliance program. Reporting to the Company’s SVP, Legal, the Manager Compliance will work on all aspects of the Company’s Corporate Compliance Program, and has three major responsibilities: (1) creating, revising, providing training for, and implementing key Company corporate and ethics-related policies, (2) managing the Company’s Integrity Hotline and (3) generally supporting the Company’s compliance and corporate governance function.
Responsibilities
- Handle policy lifecycle management, including review of existing policies, identification of policy needs, development of new policies, and monitoring policy compliance.
- Create in-person and online training programs (e.g., Code of Business Conduct and Ethics; Confidential Information, Record Management, etc.) and communication pieces to ensure employees understand the Company’s compliance requirements and are appropriately trained.
- Manage the Company’s Integrity Hotline. Ensure proper procedures and documentation of investigatory process, findings, and action plan/resolution. Ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of calls or reports to Compliance.
- Participate in (and lead, as applicable) cross-functional committees or working groups to manage compliance and legal risks (e.g., Compliance Committee; Security Awareness Working Group)
- Develop and provide reports to SVP as requested regarding the development and implementation of Company policies; track compliance metrics, including completion of training statistics and policy exceptions, conflict of interest issues, etc.
- Oversee the Company's record retention program.
- Oversee policy updates on the company’s intranet site.
- Generally support the SVP, Legal, and handle special projects as requested by SVP, Legal in both compliance and corporate governance functions.
Qualifications
- 7 years in corporate and/or professional legal organization with public company compliance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with paralegal experience preferred.
- General knowledge and experience in the field of compliance; knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards that govern the telecommunications industry preferred.
- Ability to work well within a small legal team setting, use a common-sense approach to risk management, and influence business leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $115,224.00 - $184,358.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
