As a valued member of the Optimum team, you'll help expand our growing customer base by leading a team of talented Account Executives. Our mission? To be the ultimate ambassadors of Optimum, ensuring an impeccable experience for new customers while setting the gold standard for existing customers.

- Manage a sales team of Account Executives and Account Managers who support some of the largest customers in the company.
- Support the sales team through team meetings, weekly reviews, customer meetings, customer calls, prospecting initiatives, funnel management etc.
- Review and help increase performance while maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Grow the existing account base by helping to add new customers and increase current customer spend.
- Exceed sales targets put forth by the business to help the company achieve and exceed overall goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to help understand the competitive landscape.
- Create sales incentives to help meet short- and long-term goals.
- Provide accurate forecasts.
- Communicate with Director on progress, trends, gaps in performance and corrective plans.
- Learning is earning. College degree preferred
- B2B Field Experience. We'd like a minimum of four years' work experience selling into B2B accounts
- Management Experience (strongly preferred) - Minimum of 2 years running a high performing sales team with a proven track record of success, preferably in the technology space
- Techy's unite! 2-4 year of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience. (Required)
- Flexibility. We believe in supporting our customers face to face. Ability to travel up to 2.5 hours for meetings is required
- Proficiency. You possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as being proficient in SFDC, PowerPoint, Excel and other systems used on a daily basis
